Detail Information

Ordering On-line - To place an order via our secure website, simply add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. When you are ready, select the "Check out" button. This will display the contents of your cart, and give you the option to check out, make corrections, or continue shopping.

If you are ready to check out, you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information, and select a method of shipment. After you have entered this information, you will be shown an order confirmation page. This page will list the following important information:

1. All the items on your order: including their quantity and price.

2. Your billing information: including your payment method and billing address (the address that your credit card billing statement is sent).

3. Your shipping address (the address to which your order will be shipped).

4. The shipping method you selected along with your shipping charges.

5. Any applicable sales tax. Only goods shipped within the states of California, Wisconsin and Tennessee are taxable, shipments anywhere else will not be charged sales tax.

6. After you have confirmed that all of the information on this page is correct, press the "Order Now" button and your order will be processed. If any of this information is incorrect, press the "Make Corrections" button to change it.

Product Availability - Items in stock will ship out immediately if there are no credit or processing problems. Some of these items may be back ordered and may take longer for us to receive. We will either send an email or telephone customers who place their orders online with an approximate ETA for their specific products after an order is placed. If you have questions about the ETA of a product, please contact us.

Changing or Canceling an Order - Please allow up to 24 hours for an email response, or for immediate attention call (650)552-9110. Please refer to your order number when requesting a change or cancellation.

Order Cancellation - We reserves the right to cancel a bid or order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error.

Shipping - We ship orders within the U.S. via either UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, and the Zip Code it is being shipped to. To view the exact shipping charges for your order: enter in the products you are ordering, the address you are having it shipped to, and the shipping method of your choice. If you would like to check the shipping costs for a different shipping method, just go back and enter in that other method.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00pm PST will ship same day if there are no problems and the items ordered are in stock. In the event of a holiday, please see special holiday shipping schedules. Items ordered Friday for priority overnight delivery will be delivered Monday morning. If you need a Saturday delivery, place the order, then immediately call our customer service department at (650)552-9110. Tell them you want the order shipped via Saturday Delivery. (Additional charges will apply for Saturday delivery.) Please note that someone MUST be present at the address that we are shipping to, to sign for the package when it is dropped off. Payment Methods - We accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card with no surcharge. Your credit card will not be billed until your order ships.

Returns - If you receive a product from us that you feel is not working properly, please email support@macsense.com. If you have a problem involving the billing or shipping of your order, please email support@macsense.com or call our Customer Service line at (650)552-9110. Products will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Macsense. All returned products must have a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Products returned without a valid RA number will be refused or charged a restocking fee. You are responsible to ensure that your returns are complete, in original packaging, with all software, cables, manuals and any other items included with the product at the time of receipt. We do not warrant any of its products for suitability or compatibility with any specific hardware, software, or applications. Original shipping charges for all orders are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Macsense for all returned items. All returns must arrive back to Macsense within 15 days from the date of original shipment.

Typographic or Photographic Errors - We put a lot of effort into making sure our website and our catalog are as accurate as possible. Sometimes, though, mistakes do occur.
